On the flip side, the room service was prompt and adequately fulfilled expectations, allowing for a comfortable stay, while the option for an airport shuttle facilitated smooth transfers. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers created inviting spaces for leisure, though I felt more could have been done to enhance the overall ambiance. In essence, Las Balsas presents itself as a tranquil retreat, appealing to those seeking a refined experience, but one must weigh the elements of luxury against the price point carefully.
