I found the breakfast offerings to be somewhat modest compared to the lavish brunch experiences typically provided by comparable hotels. On the flip side, the room service was prompt and adequately fulfilled expectations, allowing for a comfortable stay, while the option for an airport shuttle facilitated smooth transfers. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers created inviting spaces for leisure, though I felt more could have been done to enhance the overall ambiance. In essence, Las Balsas presents itself as a tranquil retreat, appealing to those seeking a refined experience, but one must weigh the elements of luxury against the price point carefully. For those envisioning an upscale getaway, consider whether the offerings align with your expectations for value. A prudent approach can lead to an enjoyable stay without overspending.
